Why do my paper towels leave behind a cloudy film?
A:
Some paper towels are treated for extra-absorbent power and can leave behind a white or cloudy film when cleaning glass surfaces. Try switching to an untreated variety of paper towel or use a lint-free cloth.Remember to skip the fabric softener when washing cleaning cloths – it can also leave a streaky finish on glass.

I have large windows and am always in a rush to wipe up drips before they reach the windowsill. How can I let the product work before I wipe and still beat the drips?
A: Great question! To clean large windows, mirrors or sliding glass doors, you can try dividing the surface into sections. Start at the top left, spray, and then wipe the cleaning solution off before moving to the next section. Work your way clockwise around the whole window. You'll have plenty of time to catch the drips.
